Françoise Ruiz   --  Managing Partner  fruiz@secorgroup.com

After more than 20 years of experience in both functional and operational management posts in international contexts and at times of considerable change (Keolis, Framatome RT, Gaz de France), Françoise acquired the conviction that the orchestration of enterprises is successful under certain conditions. Thus, after having occupied positions on executive committees, fully conscious of the difficulty experienced by actors in converging, notably on the way to successfully define the means of attaining strategic objectives, decompartmentalising and cooperating, she decided to join the consultancy in supporting change within executive boards. Following an experience at Oliver Wyman where she supported reorganization projects at every level, she joined Secor in Paris as Managing Partner for activity.

Isabelle Sordel   --  Partner  isordel@secorgroup.com

After many years in consultancy focused on the economic issues of states/regions and the problems of industrial restructuring, Isabelle turned towards company consultancy. For 10 years now she has supported the reorganization of such enterprises as France Telecom/Orange, EDF, Roche Pharma and Nouvelles Frontières at some key moments in their history: regulation, change of brand and so on.

Isabelle acquired the conviction that the success of a strategy depends on the ability of a leadership team to share its vision and build with the managers an internal context favourable to its implementation and the mobilization of its teams.

Isabelle is a graduate of ESSEC and joined SECOR at the end of 2008 after 10 years at the office of Izsak Grapin et Associés.

Over the last 15 years, Philippe CRUELLAS has designed and developed social psychological practices and approaches dedicated to guiding change in large international firms and in European business schools.

Areas of expertise

Philippe usually works on site within company teams or sectors: helping a director work on the coherence of his actions; helping a management team build and share its vision; enabling strategic departments that are having difficulties co-operating in reaching a close working relationship and creating value. He guides the activities such that the players decide what to do to change their organizations from within. His role is more that of a facilitator than that of a consultant. Any action stems from listening in-depth to what the players have to say about the situation to understand the energy dynamics of the social system involve in the change. He believes that first you have to “look after the systems” so that those working in them can fully develop their skills.

Bio

Bio

After many years in consultancy focused on the economic issues of states/regions and the problems of industrial restructuring, Isabelle turned towards company consultancy. This dual approach, macro then micro economic allowed her to support leadership teams and colleagues in enterprises in developing perspectives relating to both the internal and external challenges of the enterprise.
