Strategic Forums - When an organization wants to better leverage the knowledge and experience of their leadership to solve organizational challenges SECOR's Strategic Forum is an ideal solution.
 

This involves:

  • Conducting leadership and stakeholder interviews to understand perspectives, opportunities and issues
  • Building the analytical facts base required for rationale decision making and issue resolution
  • Designing a Strategic Forum event, focusing on "what success could look like"
  • Facilitating the Strategic Forum
  • Developing the implementation plan to ensure appropriate follow-up and action

Organizational Mobilization Index (OMI) - OMI and our Cultural Assessment practice are good examples of the “efficient creativity” we put in our methodologies. When an organization identifies that mobilization and/or cultural barriers are limiting its performance, SECOR can assist in conducting an analysis leveraging multiple tools.
 

This includes assessing the level to which employees actively and positively pursue the objectives of your organization; assessing an organization's culture and its alignment with the organization's strategy using on-line tools and face-to-face interviews.
