A personalized approach to the change for an individual or group of people: coaching is done at a key time when the individual is confronted with a professional development need, a need to improve his skills and potential, or to resolve speculative problems.
What it provides: coaching creates a listening and questioning space that favours distance and awareness. It favours autonomy and is designed as a learning path to be completed by the coached individual. The decision to change belongs to the coached individual.
Team coaching
Team coaching covers group interactions and dynamics.
Facilitation the coach prepares the team meeting with the manager to help the manager develop and implement an animation methodology.
Team Cohesion or Team Building: the coach is mandated to help create a group dynamic in a context of change or crisis.
Team coaching: the coach is mandated by the entire team to lead it over time to reach common objectives or solve the problems identified.
Individual coaching
Resolution Coaching: it is used when the coached person needs to solve a relational or managerial problem (manage conflicts, manage stress, relational blocks…) Development Coaching: it is adapted in cases of position taking, changing duties, promotion, leadership development or overcoming a professional obstacle.
Strategic Coaching: finds its place when faced with changes in the organization, professional environment that have an impact on the coached individual’s mission.
Transition Coaching: is part of a mobility and external professional repositioning policy.
