Generic Drug Pricing and Access in Canada: What are the Implications?

Encouraged by recent calls for greater coordination of drug policies, The Health Council of Canada released a commissioned discussion paper written by SECOR Consulting. This independent paper is designed to move the discussion of possible reforms forward on an important part of the drug file – the pricing and distribution of generic drugs - and bring transparency to this important area of public health policy.

Nomination of Pierre Lefebvre

Yves Roy, CEO of SECOR and Alain Dumas, Managing partner of SECOR's Quebec offices are pleased to  to announce the arrival of Pierre Lefebvre, LL.B., M.B.A. as a partner in SECOR's Montreal office.

Pierre Lefebvre has over twenty years experience in consulting, transactions, and management, primarily in the fields of finance and insfrastructures, in both the private and public sectors. 

He holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business (University of Western Ontario), where he received the Richard Schmleek fellowship.  He also received his law degree from the law faculty of the University of Montreal.

SECOR is carrying out a study on Eco-efficiency issues

SECOR is conducting this study on eco-efficiency issues for thePÔLE Québec Chaudière-Appalaches (regional economic cluster) and the Conférence régionale des élus de la Capitale-Nationale (regional development agency) announced today that they have ordered a study on what is at stake for companies in the region regarding eco-efficiency issues. The study, to be carried out by SECOR, will draw a portrait of the major environmental trends influencing the business environment on a global scale and their impact on local companies.
