STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT

Managing strategy is an issue that is being revisited and modernized. After each strategic shift, whether it be a major or a micro change, companies are becoming better at quickly moving from strategic decisions to their implementation and are very often finding themselves having to take corrective action to adjust the strategic alignment. The term “agile company” is much more common than before, even though we might be referring to a giant corporation! But how do we continually control this alignment or strategic management of key company decisions?
