Founded by three eminent management academics in 1975
Became leading consulting firm in Quebec and now the largest independent strategy consulting firm in Canada
Expanded key geographic areas (Paris in 1998, Toronto in 2001 and New York in 2007) and business segments (SECOR Taktik, focused on small to medium sized enterprises in 2002)
Established a presence in Asia, with an office in Ho Chi Minh City, during 2008
