The Document Production Department at SECOR’s Montreal office is looking for a production assistant. Working with our consulting team, you will carry out page design, capture, keying and formatting of reports, primarily in PowerPoint and Word, and produce tables (forms) and graphs in Excel.
Thorough knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel using Office 2003 or 2007 is required, and a mastery of both French and English is essential.

Senior Consultant
Senior Consultants actively participate in all aspects of projects by identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analysis, as well as synthesizing conclusions and presenting recommendations.
Responsibilities will include:
Work effectively in teams and independently to deliver on complex projects
Lead and manage consulting teams of 1-3 people independently
Own the delivery of a core component of a strategic consulting engagement
Develop and maintain relationships with client senior executives
Work collaboratively with client teams and help develop client capabilities
Conduct research to support intellectual capital development for the firm
The ideal candidates will possess:
An outstanding academic record in a graduate degree in Business, or equivalent business experience and training
Five or more years of business experience; consulting experience is a strong asset
Strong knowledge of quantitative analysis techniques to support business analysis
Demonstrated success in facilitating meetings, leading teams, and managing projects
The ability to handle a heavy workload and broad range of projects in an environment with ambiguity and multiple deadlines that create periods of intense activity
Confidence, creativity and a strong entrepreneurial drive
An ability to inspire a team and create enthusiasm to deliver exceptional quality work

Analyst
Analysts work in teams to solve executive level business problems by conducting extensive research, analyzing data using quantitative and qualitative methods, and supporting the development of client presentations.
The ideal candidates will possess:
A university degree with an outstanding academic record in Business, Economics, Operations Management, Management Information Systems, Engineering or other analytical based degree
An ability to handle a heavy workload and broad range of projects
Working knowledge of business requirements analysis, data mining and data analysis utilizing several analytical software packages
Solid foundation for framing business problems
An entrepreneurial drive and personal initiative to create valuable change
A minimum two years of work experience in a professional environment
Excellent oral and written communication
